So Disney finally come up with something original, instead of endlessly regurgitating lame live-action re-makes of animated classics that nobody wanted or asked for. And then bury it on Disney+ the same day that Wandavision is on. Way to go, Disney. I'm looking forward to this breath of originality, but I'll wait till it's available across all streaming channels.

The movie means UNITY and TRUST
We watched the movie on Disney+ and it was great. SPOILER WARNING,........................................................................................................................... The movie was excellent, however it's the same cliche as every other Disney movie. Raya has this "ah ha" moment at the end of the movie that saves everyone. Throughout the entire movie she's portrayed as a badass who doesn't trust anyone and the dragon is portrayed as naive and "everyone can be trusted if given the chance". They do meet a few other characters who tag along for the adventure. The setting is beautiful, the animation is top notch, the voice acting is excellent, but the story itself is the same re-hashed stuff we've seen from Disney over and over again, however that doesn't necessarily make it a bad movie because it works pretty well in this instance.

Nagas are protectors of the water realm that flows through Thai/Lao/Cambodia and Vietnam. Is not Chinese kung fu and big Mushu is Krabi Krabong and Muay Thai and Philippines martial art Arnis. And the dragon is a mythological thing that lives in Mekong river. Just watch it xD
